SnapCert support
Email us with a question or a problem in the app.
On the App Store. Version 1.1.0 is released for iPhone and iPad in the United Kingdom. The app supports EICR forms and watermarked draft PDFs; customer-ready reports remain unavailable for now.
Your first practice draft
Try the sample EICR workflow and tell us where you get stuck. It uses practice records and ends with a draft PDF preview.
Send feedback from the app
Signed in: Settings › Send feedback. That report reaches us with category, message, optional reply-to, app version, device/OS details and record counts. Client names and certificate text are not attached automatically.
Signed out: Settings › Email support opens Mail to support@snapcert.app. Send feedback still works as a share sheet if you would rather send the note another way.
Report a crash
Tell us what you tapped, roughly when it happened, and your app version/build from Settings. Include your iPhone or iPad model and iOS version. Please leave customer information out of the message.
If you installed from TestFlight, that app can send crash feedback to the developer. Otherwise you can share the latest SnapCert crash log from Settings › Privacy & Security › Analytics & Improvements › Analytics Data. Apple explains how to find the log.
Delete your account
Signed in: Settings › Delete account. Confirm with the same Apple Account, Google Account, or password. That removes the account and its cloud records. Copies already on your devices stay there until you delete the app and any exports.
If you cannot open the app, email support@snapcert.app. Signing out does not delete the account. Details are in the Privacy Notice.
